The ONO initiative has transformed our scientific trajectory and allowed us to undertake new and high-risk challenges in genetically mapping chemically induced protein-protein interfaces. It also connected us with other emerging young investigators in chemical biology who are pursuing bold visions. The combination of intellectual freedom and the support of an engaged community has jump started our program and empowered us to deconvolute the mechanism of action of new molecular glues.
